Armor Games Studios
Built the operating layer for a small publisher shipping across platforms.
When I joined Armor, the company had just started exploring commercial game publishing. It was still best known as a Flash game portal, and the publishing operation was closer to an idea than a machine: no centralized release ownership, new platform requirements, and launches that now had to account for marketing, PR, storefront placement, QA, localization, certification, and partner expectations.
I became Armor’s first producer and helped turn that ambiguity into a working production discipline. I built milestone structures, release calendars, developer communication habits, platform submission systems, vendor relationships, and the connective tissue between production, marketing, QA, business development, and external teams.
By 2023, Armor had shipped over 50 commercial titles across every major platform. The systems and standards I helped establish became part of Armor’s publishing value: clearer developer support, more predictable launches, and a reputation for shipping many, high-quality games despite our small team size.
